- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Nectarines (or any old fruit)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- Smoked Fish
- Avocado
- Rocket
- Tomatoes
- Olive Oil
Fish & Rice
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Onion
- Tamarind
- Water
- Coconut Sugar
- Salt (or soy sauce)
