Vege Toast

  • Mushrooms
  • Broccoli
  • Ginger & Garlic
  • Onions
  • Sourdough Toast

Vegan Slice

  • 4 bananas - mashed
  • 1 cup of flour 
  • Dates (as many as you like)
  • Wholemeal Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Nectarines (or any old fruit)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Salad

  • Smoked Fish
  • Avocado
  • Rocket
  • Tomatoes
  • Olive Oil

Fish & Rice

  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Tamarind
  • Water
  • Coconut Sugar
  • Salt (or soy sauce)
